You do not need to know everything from the start—the most important thing is that you have the right foundational knowledge, a strong interest in technology, and a desire to develop.

About the Position

As a junior programmer, you will work with the development, maintenance, and improvement of our systems. You will collaborate with both developers and the business to create effective and stable solutions.

We primarily use traditional programming without AI-generated code in daily work, as it is important that you can understand, analyze, and quality-assure the code you write yourself.

Job Duties

• Develop and maintain applications in Python
• Work with databases and write SQL queries
• Troubleshoot and improve existing code
• Participate in the design and development of new features
• Document solutions and code
• Collaborate with colleagues in the development team

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have knowledge/can program in Python
• Have experience working with SQL and relational databases
• Have education in IT / systems development or equivalent knowledge
• Are meticulous, solution-oriented, and want to develop
• Can communicate in Swedish and English

Meritorious

• Experience with Git
• Experience with APIs or web development
• Knowledge of Linux
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL
• Experience from internships, work placements, or personal projects
• Knowledge in AI, machine learning, or data analysis
• Studies in AI, Data Science, or similar areas
