As a teacher with us, you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and inspire adult students who want to take the next step in their professional careers.

We have several teachers and instructors in first aid, fire safety, conflict management, and self-defense.

We are now seeking a teacher who can teach in Law VU1, VU2, and Continuing Education with a focus on security guards.

Your duties

• Be responsible for teaching students who study remotely.
• Motivate and coach students to achieve good study results.
• Adapt teaching to different levels of prior knowledge.
• Conduct assessment, grading, tests, and feedback.
• Work with study materials according to FAP 573-1.
• Actively contribute to the development and quality of the training.

Qualifications

• Relevant competence in law related to security guard training.
• At least one year of teaching experience.
• Experience in adult education and distance pedagogy is meritorious.
• Good ability to individualize teaching and communication.
