Freight Forwarder/Project Freight Forwarder

TSG Forwarding AB is a freight forwarding company located just outside Gävle port, with offices in several locations across Sweden. The company was founded in 1979 and was owned by the same family until it was sold in 2020, but the family remains involved in various roles. TSG Forwarding operates across all areas of logistics with a preference for shipping and containers. In 2025, we handled approximately 8000 20-foot containers and generated 400 million Swedish kronor in revenue. Within the project segment, we work with larger industries and customers requiring extra hands-on attention.

In the role of freight forwarder, you are responsible for planning, booking, customs management, and follow-up of transports for our customers. You will primarily handle goods and bookings that are loaded and transported by truck and in containers, and you will work within our project segment. You will work and collaborate in a small team together with other freight forwarders at our office in Västerås.

This is a profession with a high level of service, and together with your colleagues, you work with our international and Swedish customers and suppliers to meet their requirements and deadlines. The work sometimes moves at a fast pace and involves several different components, meaning workdays often differ from one another. Being flexible in your tasks is therefore important!

The work takes place on-site at our office in Västerås. Working hours are between 8 AM and 5 PM.

As a new employee, you will receive introductory training via one of our experienced freight forwarders. The work will then continue together with the same colleagues.

Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
