Lechner is a company based in Strömsnäsbruk and a leading manufacturer of custom and made-to-measure countertops. Our factory was built in 2011, and we currently have about 65 employees. As an expansion, we have opened an office in Helsingborg.

About the Position

In the role of combined order processor and support for operational purchasing, you will become an important part of the organization's sales department.

You work daily with receiving orders and managing them in our ERP system.

In the daily routines, in addition to order management, it includes fulfilling customer requests for special adjustments/relocations of orders, as well as providing assistance via phone and email, and placing purchase orders for materials.

Furthermore, you work on building a close relationship with our customers while ensuring they receive their deliveries on time. You work in close collaboration with other departments within the organization and communicate with colleagues in purchasing, planning, production, marketing, and sales.

The position is a temporary assignment for about 1 year (with a chance of extension) starting immediately. The location is Helsingborg.

Your Background

We are looking for you with education at least at the high school level. You are meticulous, have an easy understanding of drawings, and are service-oriented, preferably with experience in order management, customer contact, and coordination between internal departments. You are used to working systematically in business systems and maintaining high quality even under time pressure. It is meritorious if you have worked with Monitor and/or have experience in the kitchen industry.

You are proficient in English and Swedish both spoken and written.

You have good knowledge of Office 365.
