Teacher for Industrio's labor market training in industrial technology!
Description
Do you want to make a difference while working in a safe and supportive environment?
With us, you get the opportunity to be part of an organization with a strong team spirit and dedicated colleagues. We offer good employment conditions with collective agreements, insurance, and wellness benefits.
We are currently seeking a teacher for our labor market training in industrial technology in Stockholm.
We are looking for you who have knowledge in welding or CNC, or who are an electrician with knowledge in electrical theory and/or automation as well as control and regulation technology.
Are you passionate about guiding people towards a career in an industry with high demand? Then this could be the role for you!
Job Duties
As a teacher at Industrio, you will have a key role in the training operations.
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for planning, preparing, and conducting teaching in industrial technology – both theoretically and practically. All teaching is carried out in accordance with our internal guidelines, policies, customer agreements, and current regulations.
You will also have an active role in the work of arranging, planning, and following up on practical training placements. We prefer that you use your network within the industrial sector to find relevant and high-quality internship placements for our participants.
The role requires that you enjoy taking responsibility and driving the work forward independently, while also being willing to collaborate with your colleagues to achieve common goals. You will become part of a dedicated team where collaboration between vocational teachers, pedagogical support, administrators, and the operations manager is central, and you report directly to the operations manager.
Industrio is in an exciting phase of development and growth – we are therefore looking for you who want to be involved in shaping the future of our operations.
Who are you?
Do you have experience from the industrial sector but lack a background in teaching? Then we believe you have a natural pedagogical ability and feel confident in sharing your knowledge and speaking in front of groups.
We are looking for you who find it easy to motivate and engage participants, and who are passionate about supporting people in a crucial phase of their lives. Your ability to see and embrace individual differences is something we highly value, as is your social and open personality.
In addition to your engagement in the classroom, we want you to be structured, thorough, and able to plan teaching with clear goals. We actively work with digital tools and prefer that you have experience with – and enjoy – digital working methods.
Since you will be part of a smaller team, we also believe that you appreciate collaboration and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Solid knowledge in industrial technology
- Knowledge in welding or CNC, or electrical/automation/control and regulation technology
- Pedagogical education or at least one year of experience teaching adults (including young adults aged 16–25)
- Good understanding of the training content and the industry's competence requirements

The goal of the training is for participants to become employable. This requires that you as a trainer have good insight into the entire training content and understanding of the target group's needs.
