We are now looking for you who want to work as an operations technician with us. As an operations technician, you are responsible for ensuring safe, functional, and efficient operation of our properties and technical systems. Your tasks will be both practical and technical.

The role of operations technician requires flexibility, good communication skills, and good collaboration. We are looking for a meticulous and responsible person who has a clear sense of order and is solution-oriented. You enjoy working independently while also being part of a team.

MAIN TASKS

• Rounds within maintenance
• Ordering and reporting of gas
• Property management (everything it entails)
• Demolishes and rebuilds simpler changes
• Control and optimization of heating and ventilation
• Manage the access system
• Collaboration with external suppliers

In your work, you must follow our safety regulations within the company to ensure a safe work environment.

The position is a permanent full-time role during daytime hours. On-call duties occur continuously outside of regular working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Completed high school education
• Basic IT skills (DesigooCC Siemens is meritorious)
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
