Hourly Substitute for FemBo LSS Residence in Lyckeby

FemBo LSS residence has been operated as a parent cooperative in private ownership since its start in 2001.

There are five friends with functional variations who each have their own apartment at FemBo.

It is the LSS law (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) that governs and enables the residence.

We work based on each resident feeling security and being given conditions for an independent life. We provide individually adapted support and assist the residents in their daily lives by creating structure, routines, and planning.

WORK TASKS

As staff at the LSS residence, you will support the resident in their daily life and work based on each individual's needs. There is also networking work with other authorities/care providers with the individual at the center.

You work based on a structured working method and are expected to have a reflective and creative mindset. You need to have a pedagogical and low-affect approach.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have one of the following educations, alternatively extensive experience in the professional field or other equivalent education that we find suitable:

- Qualified vocational education (KY) or vocational college (YH) within the disability field

- University education (at least 60 university credits within an adequate area)

- Upper secondary education in care and nursing with a focus on disability or psychiatry

- Upper secondary education in children and leisure with a focus on social work

You have good self-awareness and can reflect on your strengths and weaknesses. You have a respectful approach and good empathetic ability. You see the value of good cooperation with colleagues and management. Great importance is placed on your commitment and personal qualities.

As a person, you are calm, stable, and attentive, and you need to be reflective and analytical in your thinking. It is important that you can take your own initiatives and focus on possibilities and solutions. You should have a strong will and drive to promote people's development based on their conditions. You have a pedagogical perspective and are clear in your communication.

EMPLOYMENT

Hourly employment based on needs

The working hours are scheduled around the clock as the residence is always staffed. Our work shifts are day, evening, weekend, and on-call nights.

Manual B driver's license is a requirement.
