Description

We are now looking for a structured and service-oriented office employee to join our team!

We are a company that works with sales, service and repair of elevators and products in housing adaptation. With us, you will have a central role in daily operations and become an important part of the contact with both customers and suppliers.

Work Tasks

As an office employee, you will among other things work with:

  • Management of our business systems
  • Invoicing
  • Order reception and order management
  • Telephone service and customer contact
  • Other occurring office tasks

We are looking for you who:

  • Are thorough, structured and responsible
  • Have good administrative ability
  • Are service-oriented and enjoy customer contact
  • Have experience with business systems and administrative routines (meritorious)
  • Master Swedish in speech and writing
