Accounting Assistant

Job duties and responsibilities:

As an accounting assistant at Hela Kroppen Physio Center, you will have accounting responsibility for our company. You will collaborate with all employees but primarily the management group with the CFO and CEO. We focus on forward-looking business development, efficiency improvements, and enhanced results. We are looking for a person with great drive and a lot of energy.

Your main job duties:

- Work with ongoing accounting

- Monthly reconciliation

- VAT & employer declarations

- Payroll management

- Invoicing & supplier invoices

- Receipt management

Merit

You have some years of experience and demonstrate long-term commitment and a clear willingness to be part of the company's future growth. We work largely in Fortnox and in Vismalön. It is an advantage if you have knowledge in HR or have previously worked closely with that function.

Requirements

- Academic education with a focus on economics in some form, for example, business economist or accounting economist

- At least one to two years of experience with similar job duties

- Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written

- Knowledge of digital processes
