Ekenäs Seaside Hotel is looking for a receptionist

Trade city buzz for salty winds and cliffs! On the beautiful South Koster lies Ekenäs Seaside Hotel – a destination for good food, weddings, conferences, and a lovely archipelago vibe. Now we are looking for an engaged and cheerful receptionist who wants to be our face to the world during the 2026 season.

About the role As a receptionist, you are the guests' first impression and the one who sets the tone for their stay. You will have a varied daily life where you, among other things, check guests in and out, handle bookings, answer emails and phone calls, and guide our visitors to Koster's best hidden gems. It is a lively role where administration mixes with personal service in a sometimes fast-paced environment.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a down-to-the-earth joy-spreader who loves meeting people. The culture here is "everyone helps everyone" – you do not hesitate to pitch in where needed to give guests a great experience.

• You are organized, find it easy to stay calm when there is a lot to do, and enjoy providing good service.
• You preferably have previous experience in reception, customer service, or similar service professions.
• You find it easy to learn new booking and data systems.
• You are open to helping with other tasks that arise at the hotel, such as breakfast & cleaning.

We have great conditions, and to make it easy for you to settle into island life, we offer a brand new, large staff accommodation with single or double rooms, a common room with TV, broadband, and modern kitchen units, as well as a private laundry room on Koster.
