We're looking for stars for our service at Ekenäs Seaside Hotel!

Swap city life for salty winds and cliffs! On the naturally beautiful South Koster lies Ekenäs Seaside Hotel – a destination for good food, relaxation, and a pleasant archipelago vibe. Now we're looking for joy-spreading stars for our service this summer.

About the role As service staff, you are our face to the world. You work both in our cozy dining room and outside on our lively summer terrace in the sea breeze. The pace is often high during peak summer, but we work without prestige and support each other. You take orders, recommend food and drinks, and ensure every guest has a wonderful experience. Working hours vary over days, evenings, and weekends. We're looking for both full-time & part-time positions.

Who are we looking for? We're looking for you who have a natural sense of hospitality. With us, the right personality and drive often outweigh a long CV!

• You are a flexible and positive team player who keeps calm (and smiling) even when it's full house.
• You preferably have previous experience in serving and feel confident carrying plates and handling cash.

New staff accommodation & our summer family With us, you become a key player in a team that works hard but has a lot of fun together. We have decent conditions, and to help you easily settle into island life, we offer a completely newly built, large staff accommodation with its own laundry room on the naturally beautiful Koster.
