Vehicle Technician

About the position: Deluxe Bil is growing, and we are now looking for a dedicated and meticulous diagnostic technician to join our team. As a diagnostic technician with us, you will play an important role in troubleshooting and diagnosing our vehicles to ensure our customers receive the best service. You will work with modern tools and advanced technology to identify and solve problems on vehicles of various brands and models.

Brief about Deluxe Bil: Deluxe Bil is a full-service facility that sells new Peugeot, Citroën, Subaru, Isuzu, Dodge, RAM, GM, and also newer used cars.

The company was founded in 2002, has 15 employees, and currently generates approximately 300 million SEK in revenue.

Job duties:

• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on passenger cars and light trucks
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and systems to identify technical problems
• Perform repairs and suggest measures based on diagnostic results
• Ensure all repairs and services are carried out according to Deluxe Bil's high standards
• Document work and report results to the workshop manager
• Collaborate with mechanics and other technicians to provide the best possible customer service

Qualifications:

• Experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting on vehicles, preferably with multiple car brands
• Experience working with diagnostic tools such as OBD2 or similar systems
• Knowledge of modern vehicle systems and electronics
• Good ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Relevant education in vehicle technology or equivalent work experience
• Class B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish and English

Meritorious if you have previously worked with Peugeot, Citroën, Dodge, RAM, or GM, electric and hybrid cars, and have experience with Kobra or other relevant IT systems.
