Hotel Receptionist

Are you our new receptionist at Hotel Corallen?

Our hotel is beautifully situated with a view of the Baltic Sea. We offer 75 hotel rooms, conference facilities, a relaxation area, and restaurant service.

We are now looking for you who are 20 years or older, social, stress-resistant, and love working with people. With us, we always put the guest first, and service is priority number one!

Requirements include experience from the industry and computer proficiency.

You should be able to take your own initiatives and be flexible to changes, seeing solutions instead of problems.

The position is a permanent employment at 75% plus additional hours.

(We wish to fill the position as soon as possible).

Daytime, evening, and weekends.

Some of your work tasks will include:

• Check-in and check-out guests
• Receive bookings and invoice guests
• Receive and welcome conference guests
• Handle the telephone switchboard
• Upselling
• Follow routines and checklists established for the workplace
