Agricultural machinery operator

Gate Lantbruk AB is seeking a machinery operator responsible for part of the crop cultivation together with the crop cultivation manager

You should have a genuine interest in machinery for a dairy farm with crop cultivation for feed production

Experience is desired in handling the machinery found on a farm with milk production

Should be able to utilize the functions that GPS offers

Minor repairs and maintenance are included in the job

Agricultural education and knowledge in handling and care of animals is meritorious

Driver's license/tractor license is required

Preferably a spraying operator certificate

Must be able to speak and understand Swedish

You will be part of a team that manages and develops machinery operation on the farm

We currently operate largely Fendt tractors, JCB, BM and Meerlo loaders, Väderstad implements etc.

Gate Lantbruk AB conducts milk production with approximately:300 dairy cows milked by 5 LELY robots, Vector feeding system.

We have a strong focus on animal welfare and precision in all aspects.

360 ha of crop cultivation including pasture, cereals, corn and a significant amount of natural grazing land.

Possibly we can offer accommodation.
