AIM Partner is a growing marketing company that helps businesses strengthen their brand, increase their visibility, and create more business opportunities. We are now seeking more driven meeting bookers for our internal team in our new, modern offices in Solna.

About the Role

As a meeting booker, you are the first point of contact with our potential customers. You work via telephone and are responsible for booking qualified meetings for our marketing advisors. This role is a key position in the company and suits you if you enjoy a fast pace, clear goals, and the opportunity to influence your own salary.

Responsibilities

• Contact companies via telephone
• Present AIM Partner and our marketing services
• Schedule business meetings for our advisors
• Work systematically in a CRM system
• Work towards clear goals and KPIs

Who We Are Looking For

• You are confident and professional on the phone
• You have drive, energy, and a competitive instinct
• You want to develop within sales and marketing
• You take feedback and strive to constantly improve

Previous experience in sales or meeting booking is advantageous but not required – the right attitude is most important. We provide training and ongoing coaching.
