About the Job
As a Sous Chef with us, you will work at Restaurant Bryggan in Hjo harbor. You will work together with the head chef in all kitchen-related tasks.
We prefer that you have 2-4 years of experience as a chef and are over 20 years old. An interest in food and drink is essential for you to enjoy the work. Good language skills in Swedish and English.

For many, Restaurant Bryggan is the obvious choice when it comes to dining in Hjo. The restaurant is beautifully located right next to the waters of Lake Vättern. Here, you sit right in the middle of a small boat harbor by Europe's sixth-largest lake with a panoramic view over the water.
Bryggan's menu is versatile and based on a classic à la carte menu with various dishes of meat, fish, and vegetarian/vegan options. We make food from scratch with seasonal ingredients. With two lovely outdoor seating areas offering sun both in the morning and evening, Bryggan's location is the most attractive for tourists and residents of Hjo. In addition to Bryggan, there is also our side venue Norra Piren with events and summer lunch.
