Welcome to the pizza revolution!

Our journey began as a Neapolitan pizzeria in Kivik with a simple goal: to make the tastiest and most honest pizza we could. But with seasonal visitor flows in Österlen, we needed a sustainable solution year-round.

The answer lay before us – we started freezing exactly the same pizza we served in the restaurant, without compromising on quality.

Two years later, the Frozen Pizza Revolution from Gladsax has spread across the entire country. We produce 6000 artisanal pizzas per month and are available at about 60 retailers.

In the summer, we focus on the destination experience, but thanks to the frozen pizza, we have stable and sustainable production year-round.

An honest pizza. Two expressions. One revolution.

We are looking for a person to run our kitchen. During the summer, you build a menu around our pizza, preferably based on local ingredients and simplicity to share. You have a small team around you assisting in the kitchen with prep, dishes, and similar tasks. In the winter, you work independently on development and prep for the pizza line that produces pizza for the freezer.
