Welcome to the pizza revolution!

Our journey began as a Neapolitan pizzeria in Kivik with a simple goal: to make the tastiest and most honest pizza we could. But with seasonal visitor flows in Österlen, we needed a sustainable solution year-round.

The answer was right in front of us – we started freezing exactly the same pizza we served in the restaurant, without compromising on quality.

Two years later, the Frozen Pizza Revolution from Gladsax has spread across the entire country. We produce 6000 artisanal pizzas per month and are available at around 60 retailers.

In the summer, we focus on the destination experience, but thanks to frozen pizza, we have stable and sustainable production year-round.

An honest pizza. Two expressions. One revolution.

We are now looking for someone to take care of our beloved dough! You need to have experience with dough or similar craftsmanship from before. The role involves independent work, meticulous methods, and structure. To thrive, you should have a passion for craftsmanship and/or dough.
