Welcome to the pizza revolution!
Our journey began as a Neapolitan pizzeria in Kivik with a simple goal: to make the tastiest and most honest pizza we could. But with seasonal visitor flow in Österlen, we needed a sustainable solution year-round.
The answer lay before us – we started freezing exactly the same pizza we served in the restaurant, without compromising on quality.
Two years later, the Frozen Pizza Revolution from Gladsax has spread across the country. We produce 6000 artisanal pizzas per month and are available at about 60 retailers.
In the summer, we focus on the destination experience, but thanks to the frozen pizza, we have a stable and sustainable production year-round.

We have a large team of pizzaiolos that needs to grow during the summer season!
You will work in a very fun environment with a high pace and a focus on collaboration. You need to have a high level of communication and enjoy working in a team.
An advantage if you have worked with pizza or in restaurants before, but not required, we have plenty of experience and are more than happy to train. People who thrive in the role often have a passion for craftsmanship, flavor, or pizza!
