About us

Källstad Gård is a family-friendly farm located in the scenic Borghamn. We focus on sustainable production with an emphasis on both poultry and cultivation of cereals and legumes. We are now seeking a dedicated and practically minded person who wants to become part of our team and contribute to the farm's daily operations.

About the role

As a farm employee with us, you will have varied work where no two days are alike. Your main tasks include:

* Daily supervision and care of our animals to ensure the highest animal welfare.

* Work with crop cultivation, from sowing to harvest.

* Maintenance and servicing of machinery and farm buildings.

* General farm work and practical tasks that arise in the daily operations.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and has a genuine interest in farming.

* Requirements: Class B driver's license and experience driving a tractor.

* Desirable: Experience with animal care or relevant agricultural education. It is absolutely not a requirement if you are curious and interested, you can go far with that 🙂

* Personal qualities: You are self-sufficient, responsible, and have good problem-solving skills. You thrive working in a small team where collaboration is key to success.
