Manager for Protected Housing

👉 Main Responsibilities

• Hold the operation together and lead it with a focus on quality, safety, and structure.
• Lead and develop work in documentation, method development, routines, and staff guidance.
• Ensure that goals, processes, and routines are followed up and maintain high standards.
• Be present in daily operations, support the staff, and create a culture characterized by respect and clarity.
• Collaborate with social services, schools, and other stakeholders for the best interests of the youth.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by seeing solutions, initiating development, and driving change with care.

✅ We are looking for you who

Must-have Requirements

• Have a degree in social work or other education in behavioral science
• Have leadership experience and are a secure leader.
• Have a Class B driver's license.

Merit-based

• Have previously been a manager or had equivalent responsibility.
• Have worked in the private sector.
• Have experience with residential care for youth or the target group of youth with psychosocial issues.
