We are seeking an experienced charcutier who is passionate about producing high-quality meat products. With us, you will be a key person in the production of charcuterie such as sausages, smoked meats, and other delicacies. Job duties:

  • Manufacturing charcuterie products from scratch, including grinding, seasoning, filling, and smoking.
  • Preparation and processing of raw materials for various meat products.
  • Quality control to ensure products meet high standards for taste, consistency, and hygiene.
  • Development of new recipes and variations in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications and requirements:

  • Several years of experience as a charcutier or similar role in meat product manufacturing – we are looking for someone with practical knowledge of the entire process.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and HACCP
  • You are creative, meticulous, and have an eye for detail in craftsmanship.
  • Good physical condition is an advantage
  • Education in charcuterie or food production is meritorious.
