Service Advisor

As a service advisor, it's all about relationships, both new and existing ones. You provide personalized service from the first contact to the last mile driven. We build long-term relationships with vehicle owners and make it safe, fun, and easy along the way.

Main tasks include booking customers' cars for service and repair appointments via phone and email, as well as receiving and delivering cars. You will also assess warranty claims, handle customer complaints, guide customers in technical matters, and price and invoice completed work.

You also have a responsibility to optimize the workshop's productivity and operations.

We also want you to contribute to developing our business to achieve the best customer experience and efficiency.

To function in the role, you need to be responsible, structured, thorough, and good at collaborating in a team. You are attentive and know what you need to do to build a good relationship with the customer and meet their needs.

You will work in an active team that creates joy and involvement. With us, you will continuously be trained and further developed in your role.

We work with Kia, Hyundai, and Mitsubishi.
