Kayak Guide in the Stockholm Archipelago

Do you want to work as a kayak guide this summer? We are looking for part-time kayak guides for the Stockholm archipelago who want to be part of our team that can take our guests on wonderful experiences in the archipelago.

ArcAdventure has four rental locations in the Stockholm archipelago. Most tours will start and end at Torö, but tours from other rental locations may occur. Our guided tours range from half a day up to a week long.

As a part-time/on-call employee, you will join our team of guides and receive inquiries about your availability to guide on specific dates. This can be with both long and short notice. You naturally have the option to decline if you are busy on the relevant date.

We are looking for someone with education in outdoor life/kayaking and who is passionate about sharing their interest in outdoor activities. We prefer that you are trained as a nature guide and/or kayak guide and have completed GSRT training or have other education considered equivalent.

A driver's license and access to a car are advantageous. (Mileage reimbursement is paid if you use your own car for work duties.)

If interested, there is also an opportunity to work more hours with the supervision of our kayak rentals. This includes tasks such as repairing and cleaning kayaks, as well as assisting customers who are renting kayaks on-site at the rental locations.
