Kayak Guide West Coast

Do you want to work as a kayak guide this summer? We are looking for part-time kayak guides for the Gothenburg/Bohuslän archipelago who want to be part of our team that can take our guests on wonderful experiences in the archipelago.

ArcAdventure has four rental locations on the West Coast. Two in Gothenburg, one on Tjörn, and one on Orust.

Most tours will start and end in Gothenburg/Fiskebäck, but tours from other rental locations may occur. Our guided tours range from half a day up to a week long.

With a part-time/on-call employment, you will be part of our roster of guides and receive a request if you are available to guide on specific dates. This can be with both long and short notice. You naturally have the option to decline if you are busy on that particular date.

We are looking for you who have education in outdoor activities/kayaking and are passionate about sharing your interest in outdoor life. We prefer that you are trained as a nature guide and/or kayak guide and have completed GSRT training or have other education considered equivalent.

A driver's license and access to a car are advantageous. (Mileage allowance is paid if you use your own car for work purposes.)

If interested, there is also the possibility to work more hours with supervision of our kayak rentals. This includes tasks such as repairing and cleaning kayaks, as well as assisting customers who are renting kayaks on-site at the rental locations.
