Subcontractors Sought for WorkTasker AB Prepare and Match

WorkTasker AB is now seeking engaged and quality-conscious subcontractors across Sweden for collaboration within the service Prepare and Match.

This is not an employment, but a collaboration where you run your own company and act as a subcontractor to us. The service aims to support job seekers in quickly moving forward to work or studies, in collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service.

We are looking for companies that:

• Have their own company with F-tax, VAT registration, and registered employer
• 
  
• Have their own office/office space
• 
  
• Have experience in labor market services, coaching, matching, or similar
• 
  
• Have good local knowledge and an established employer network in their area
• 
  
• Work professionally, structured, and results-oriented
• 
  
• Meet the Swedish Public Employment Service's requirements to operate as a subcontractor
• 
  
• Can receive participants and deliver the service with high quality

Competence Requirements

Alternative 1

• Education: University education of at least 180 credits (120 credits according to the previous system)
• 
  
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of work experience equivalent to full-time
• (Part-time may be approved if the total time is equivalent to full-time)

Alternative 2

• Education: At least 1 year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with approved results
• 
  
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of work experience equivalent to full-time within one or more of the following areas:
• Supervision with personnel responsibility
• 
  
• Recruitment
• 
  
• Transition work for job seekers
• 
  
• Study and career guidance
• 
  
• Handling of personnel matters (not only administration)
• 
  
• Work with labor market issues
• 
  
• Social and group psychology
• 
  
• Career guidance

(Part-time may be approved if the total time is equivalent to full-time over 3 years)

About the Assignment

As a subcontractor to WorkTasker AB, you are responsible for parts of the implementation of the service Prepare and Match, in accordance with the Swedish Public Employment Service's regulations. The assignment includes, among other things:

• Individual coaching and guidance

• Support towards education and skills development

• Ongoing documentation and follow-up
