CDE is looking for a Test Engineer/Electric Power Engineer

Are you our new test engineer?

We are growing and are now looking for more test engineers who will work at various locations in Sweden.

Job Responsibilities

As an engineer with us at CDE, you will primarily work on site at facilities with testing and commissioning of various substation installations. Your tasks will be mainly project-oriented. It is very important work that requires you to be meticulous, independent, and results-oriented.

Your job responsibilities include among others:

• Maintenance and troubleshooting in control systems/relay protection
• Configuration and commissioning of control systems/relay protection
• Minor design adjustments in connection with commissioning

Education and Experience

• University degree or equivalent in electric power or similar
• Previous experience with commissioning/testing in control systems/substations (up to 400 kV)
• An analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of quality, safety, and responsibility
• You represent the company with customers, so we prefer that you have good communication skills that convey both knowledge and professionalism
• You value good planning and high quality in your work
• You are a team player who is cooperative and open to new thoughts and ideas but also works well independently
• You work in a proactive manner, seeking opportunities while taking responsibility for your projects
• The position involves travel, so a driver's license B is required
• You speak both Swedish and English fluently
