Customer Service Representative / Service Advisor for Mekonomen auto repair shop!

We are seeking a service-oriented and car-knowledgeable customer service representative/service advisor who wants to become an important part of our workshop team.

Job Duties:

- Receive customers and handle bookings

- Create work orders and provide quotes

- Offer advice on service and repairs

Maintain ongoing contact with both customers and mechanics.

Qualifications:

- Experience from an auto repair shop or customer service

- Good technical understanding of cars

- Structured, communicative, and service-focused

- Class B driver's license
