Coordinator in Home Care Services

We are looking for an experienced and engaged coordinator who wants to play a key role in our work to create security and high quality for our users in home care services.

About the position:

As a coordinator, you are responsible for effectively planning, organizing, and coordinating home care services efforts to ensure high quality and that our users receive the best possible care. You will work closely with both staff and users to ensure that the right efforts are carried out at the right time and in the right way.

Your main tasks:

• Schedule planning and staffing planning for home care staff to ensure we always have the right resources in place.
• Handling acute changes and rescheduling during absences, which means you quickly and effectively find solutions to ensure users get the help they need.
• Communication and coordination between care assessors, users, and staff to ensure all parties are informed and we work towards common goals.
• Quality assurance of operations through ongoing follow-up, documentation, and analysis of home care services efforts.
• Support to the unit manager in daily work, which can include everything from reporting to contributing ideas for developing the operation.

We are looking for you who:

• Have education as a coordinator or other relevant education/competence.
• Have experience in coordination and schedule planning in home care services or other healthcare operations.
• Are accustomed to working in digital planning systems (e.g., Lifecare, TES, or similar).
• Are structured, solution-oriented, and have good communication skills to be able to handle both staff and user needs effectively.
• Enjoy a role with many contacts and can handle stressful situations in a professional manner.
