Reports to: Cafe Manager / Restaurant Manager

Job Duties

As a cafe assistant, you are responsible for providing guests with pleasant and professional service. Job duties include among others:

• Serving coffee, beverages, sandwiches, and simple dishes
• Cash register work and handling payments
• Preparation of food and pastries
• Dishwashing, cleaning, and keeping the cafe tidy and inviting
• Restocking goods and basic inventory management
• Following hygiene and safety routines
• Contributing to a positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues

Qualifications

• Service-oriented and positive attitude
• Good teamwork ability and stress tolerance
• Ability to work independently
• Previous experience in cafe or restaurant work is advantageous but not required
• Basic knowledge of Swedish (speaking and understanding)
