Working Foreman to Norrbotten - Construction

Nkraft is now seeking a Working Foreman in ground and construction.

This is a role for you who enjoys responsibility, likes to drive projects forward and at the same time is not afraid to be involved in production yourself.

About the position

As a working foreman, you will have a key role in our projects. You lead the daily work at the construction site while also participating practically in production.

You are responsible for ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely and according to schedule – with support from management but with significant autonomy.

Job duties

• Lead and distribute daily work at the construction site
• Participate practically in ground and construction work
• Ensure compliance with work environment and safety regulations
• Maintain ongoing contact with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Plan resources and materials
• Monitor quality, production and schedule

We are looking for you who

• Has documented experience in ground and construction
• Has at least 2 years of experience in work supervision (requirement)
• Is structured, solution-oriented and responsible
• Drives projects independently with support from management
• Has good collaboration skills and natural leadership qualities
• Holds a B driving license (requirement)
