IT Technician – Installer

We are looking for a driven network technician to join our team. Microtec helps customers with everything related to IT. The role is based on managing our customers' firewalls and servers.

The position relies heavily on personal initiative and ability, as you will have a lot of independent responsibility.

The team is looking for a person with social and communicative skills, as we need to report and handle a significant amount of documentation. We have very close relationships with our customers, which means we maintain tight dialogue and are solution-oriented.

We prefer that you can:

Understand network structure physically/virtually. Understand firewalls such as Fortinet/PaloAlto/Cisco among others. Some Unifi solutions for smaller SMB customers.

Responsible / enjoy solving problems.

Can communicate via email / phone.

Requirements for English and very good Swedish.

Willing to learn as new features / technologies emerge constantly.

Contractual entry-level salary.
