Assistant Nurse Summer Substitute Daytime - Permanent Substitute Position Possible

Haga Göstorp Psychiatry with the care units Hagagården and Göstorpsgården.

Hagagården is a private care residence in Båstad for individuals with social psychiatric issues. We offer both residential care with special service (BMSS) and short-term accommodation.

Currently, we are primarily seeking a summer substitute for the vacation period 2026, but we are also open to those interested in a permanent hourly substitute position.

About the operations:

At our short-term unit, we work with recovery and rehabilitation for individuals with addiction issues and/or mental illness.

At our BMSS unit, we work with a long-term perspective involving prolonged case management. The focus is on security and meaningful daily life with activities for our residents.

We base our approach on a person-centered perspective, where security, participation, and individual support are the core of the operations.

Staffing is around the clock, and you work in a team together with assistant nurses, treatment pedagogues, and nurses.

About the position

We are looking for someone who wants to work daytime and evenings with weekend work according to schedule.

The work involves:

• Providing residential support and rehabilitative interventions
• Creating security and structure in daily life
• Working closely with residents with a focus on recovery
• Being part of an engaged team
