Göstorpsgården in Laholm Seeks Summer Substitute – Start Immediately

Göstorpsgården is part of Haga Göstorp Psychiatry and is a private psychiatric residence in Laholm. We offer both short-term accommodation and accommodation with special service (BMSS) for individuals with social psychiatric issues.

We are now seeking a summer substitute for the vacation period 2026 with the opportunity to begin orientation and work as soon as possible.

About the Organization

In our short-term unit, we work with recovery and rehabilitation for individuals with addiction issues and/or mental illness.

In our BMSS unit, we work with a long-term perspective where the focus is on security, structure, and a meaningful daily life for our residents.

We work based on a person-centered approach, where security, participation, and individual support are at the core of the organization.

The staffing is around the clock, and you will work in a team alongside nursing assistants, treatment pedagogues, and nurses.

About the Position

We are looking for you who want to work daytime and evenings with weekend work according to schedule.

The work involves:

• Providing residential support and rehabilitative interventions
• Creating security and structure in daily life
• Working closely with residents with a focus on recovery
• Being part of an engaged team
