Hagagården in Båstad Seeks Night Relief Staff – Summer 2026

Hagagården is a private psychiatric residence in Båstad that offers both short-term accommodation and accommodation with special service (BMSS). We work based on a person-centered approach, where safety, participation, and individual support are at the core of our operations.

We are now seeking a night relief staff for the summer of 2026.

About the Position

As night staff, you have an important role in creating safety and stability during the quieter hours of the day. The work involves responsibility, independence, and a professional approach.

The work tasks include, among others:

• Care and supervision of residents during the night
• Support for anxiety, worry, or sleep difficulties
• Alarm management
• Documentation according to current procedures
• Collaboration with other staff during handover

We are looking for you who:

• Have an interest in working with individuals with psychiatric issues
• Are calm, secure, and empathetic in your approach
• Can work independently and take responsibility
• Are structured and thorough in documentation
