Göstorpsgården in Laholm Seeks Night Substitute – Summer 2026

Göstorpsgården is a private psychiatric residence in Laholm that offers both short-term housing and housing with special service (BMSS) for individuals with social psychiatric issues.

We work based on a person-centered approach, where safety, participation, and individual support are at the core of our operations.

We are now seeking a night substitute for the summer of 2026

About the position:

As night staff, you have an important role in creating safety and stability during the quieter hours of the day. The work requires responsibility, independence, and a professional demeanor.

The work tasks include among others:

• Care and supervision of residents during the night
• Support for anxiety, distress, or sleep difficulties
• Alarm handling
• Documentation according to current procedures
• Handover and collaboration with day staff

We are looking for you who:

• Have a strong interest in working with individuals with psychiatric issues
• Are calm, secure, and empathetic in your approach
• Are structured and meticulous in documentation
