General Dentist with Interest in Aligners Sought for AuraDent

Briefly about us:

AuraDent Invisalign Center Liseberg, a stone's throw from Korsvägen in Gothenburg. As our name suggests, we work with a strong focus on orthodontics, and especially Invisalign. We have quickly become a leading Invisalign provider and offer treatments with the Comprehensive system to provide patients with the best possible care and results. Our clinic welcomes patients into a relaxing lounge with modern decor and has five treatment rooms. Our team in Gothenburg consists of three general dentists, three dental nurses, and one receptionist.

We are now seeking an additional dentist to expand our wonderful team. Become a part of us and join us on an exciting and developmental adventure!

Who are we looking for and what can we offer you?

We are looking for you who have a burning interest in orthodontics and aligners and want to grow in the field. It is advantageous if you are Invisalign-certified yourself or have worked extensively with other aligner systems previously. With us, competence development is an important part of our operations for all team members, so we see that you are comfortable working delegated with your team members and involve them in the daily patient meetings. Your competence development is also high on our list, and there is an opportunity for courses and certifications ongoing. For us, it is important that all employees get to take space, get heard for thoughts and ideas, and feel included. The patient experience is crucial for us, and we always strive to give patients that extra care they miss from other dental care providers. Therefore, we see that you should be very service-oriented, humble, and empathetic. As a dentist, we see that you should be responsible, meticulous, and secure in your dental role.

In addition to the above competencies, we also see that you:

· Have a Swedish dental license

· Have at least one year of experience

· Master Swedish and English both in speech and writing

· Advantageous if you have worked with aesthetic dentistry previously

· Advantageous if you are Invisalign-certified/have worked with aligners

Employment type and start date

We offer a full-time position (100%). We are continuously working with the selection, appointment as agreed.
