Summer Substitute Housing Support Worker

Vilja Omsorg is a growing organization with its main office in Norrköping. We are now seeking a housing support worker for a summer substitute position with us during the summer of 2026.

Working hours are scheduled during daytime, evening and weekend shifts, as well as overnight through on-call duty.

The job duties include meetings with clients involving activities, cooking, ADL training, social activities, and conversations.

You will also perform daily documentation of meetings with clients. You must also be skilled at receiving calls that may come from authorities and be clear in handing over information.

Support should be provided with respect for self-determination and integrity and in a way that strengthens the client's confidence in their own abilities. We work based on a low-affect approach.

Your profile:

· We are looking for you who are educated or are undergoing education in social education, treatment education, social work, or behavioral science.

· We also place great importance on personal suitability

· You have knowledge of social documentation and good skills in the Swedish language

· You have basic computer skills

· A B driver's license is a requirement
