Summer Substitute for HVB Ljungstorp Kabit AB
Description
KABIT is a privately owned company operating in HVB & Supported Housing.
You have experience working with children/youths/adults in a human treatment profession. We see that you have knowledge in the area of Neurodevelopmental Functional Variations. At KABIT, we have extensive collective expertise regarding social issues and neurodevelopmental functional variations (NDV). Our knowledge and experience are used to individualize and tailor interventions for each youth and family regardless of the form of support. This creates opportunities for lasting change.
We are based on a systemic foundation, have a solution-focused mindset, a low-affect approach, and are professionals in functional variations. We tailor solutions that fit the youth and their family.
At Ljungstorp, we work in treatment teams around three youths; the work is primarily one-on-one, meaning you manage your own household together with your youth, whom you support and meet both at and outside the residence based on the individual's needs. You should be able to work independently and in a team and have a solution-focused perspective. We work based on TMO, which we have trained all staff in, so we see it as meritorious if you are trained in this.
We are now seeking summer colleagues for HVB Ljungstorp. The target group of the operations is girls and boys aged 10-19.
We are now seeking you who are engaged, driven, stress-resistant, have the ability to work independently and in a team, and have a solution-focused perspective.
You should be responsible and organized and have great collaboration skills. You will support children/youths in daily chores, during activities, set boundaries for the youths as needed, and work motivationally. It is required that you are a secure and stable person in yourself with great patience.
Documentation regarding the youths' development is done in Journal Digital, so it is of great importance that you can express yourself well verbally and in writing. We work with key contact roles where the key contact has a pivotal role for the youth regarding treatment setup, treatment conversations, and planning. We have external supervision continuously and further train staff to offer broader expertise.
We work with a 6-week schedule, and the position includes on-call nights and duty every 3rd weekend.
We always request background checks prior to any employment and references from previous employers/colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
The operation is located just outside Sätofta in Höör Municipality.
Recruitment will take place continuously during the application period.
