We are looking for a supervisor/job coach for hourly employment and as needed at our office in Uppsala.

The role

As a supervisor, you are responsible for coaching, planning, and documentation of participants. You actively support job seekers or study choices and collaborate with employers through networking and recruitment to our employer database. The role requires independence, structure, and a clear results-oriented approach.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, at least two years of documented full-time equivalent work experience, regardless of industry, is required, as well as completed post-secondary education of at least 180 higher education credits (ECTS) or equivalent according to the previous system. Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement. Experience in coaching, guidance, or work in the labor market area is meritorious, as is knowledge of Arabic in addition to Swedish and English. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and the ability to work goal-oriented.

Employment type

Hourly employment as needed, with placement in Uppsala.
