Bar and Serving Staff for Strand Rederi

Summer Staff Wanted

We are a small shipping company in Stockholm with three boats operating charter and sightseeing activities. During the summer season, we organize everything from sightseeing and mingling to weddings, parties, and corporate events. We depart from Gamla stan and Strandvägen, with central and easily accessible departure points.

For the summer, we are looking for staff for our café and restaurant operations on board.

The Position

The employment is hourly-based as needed. Working hours vary and can be scheduled for morning, day, evening, and late nights depending on bookings and operations.

Job Duties

The work may involve:

• Café work
• Serving
• Bartender duties
• Runner
• Dishwashing

We work flexibly on board and rotate between different stations depending on shifts and type of event. Therefore, we are looking for you who are comfortable working broadly within service and can switch between different tasks during the same work shift. We are not looking for individuals who only want to work in a specific area, but team members who can contribute where needed.

We are looking for you who:

• Are service-oriented and responsible
• Enjoy working in a team
• Are flexible and can work varying hours
• Have experience from café, bar, serving, or similar (beneficial but not required)
