Your main tasks include providing support in customers' daily lives through care, hygiene, cleaning, shopping, laundry, meals, walks, and medication management.

As an employee with us, you perform care work and support our customers in their daily lives.

We value the customer's needs and wishes and ensure that planning and implementation are based on this.

The work also involves social documentation and collaboration with colleagues, healthcare staff, care managers, and relatives.

To become part of our team, we are looking for employees who possess the following competencies:

· Swedish in speech and writing.

· Arabic and Syriac in speech.

· Experience working in home care or elderly care.

· Experience with social documentation.

· Good computer skills.

· B driver's license.

We prefer that you are communicative and attentive towards both customers and colleagues and have the ability to adapt to different situations and circumstances in customers' homes.
