We are now seeking a few personal assistants for a teenage girl living in TRÅNGSUND.

Description of the workplace and position

Do you want to work closely with a young person and make a real difference in everyday life – for real? We are now seeking several female personal assistants for a lovely and cheerful 16-year-old girl, who lives with her family in a house in Trångsund.

About the assignment

This lovely girl enjoys music, movies, walks, and outings. She attends school during the day, where no assistance is provided, meaning that work shifts are primarily scheduled for afternoons, evenings, and weekends. During holidays and other breaks, work shifts may also be scheduled during the day.

She uses a wheelchair and has autism and epilepsy. As a personal assistant, you support her in all aspects of daily life – care, activities of daily living, activities, and medication – with respect for her integrity, needs, and abilities. The goal is for her to live as rich and secure a teenage life as possible, based on her circumstances.

Working hours and schedule

We offer fixed schedule slots with a rotating schedule. For the work to function optimally, we are looking for you who can combine:

• Weekday shifts from 1:45 PM to 9:00 PM (including picking up from school)
• Shifts every other weekend from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Possibility for double shifts from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM together with a colleague, focusing on joint activities
