Personal Assistant for a Woman in Horred

We are looking for a personal assistant with care experience for one of Pater Assistans' users in Horred

The user is a 33-year-old woman in Horred who is seeking assistants around the clock.

"I am looking for someone who is happy, positive, and proactive. You are physically and mentally strong and can handle stressful situations. I use a wheelchair and have seizures. I need help and support in daily life. You should be willing to go for walks, cook meals, and do things that add a golden touch to my everyday life."

The position is located in Horred. The position can vary in scope, so let us know how you want to work. The user requires assistance 24/7. You need to be able to work evenings and weekends, as well as day shifts. The schedule will be varied.

This position is approximately 60-75% of full-time, about 100-130 hours per month.

You will work in a team alongside other assistants who all play a crucial role in creating a good quality of life. On each work shift, there are two people with the user.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and positive as a person. You need to live in Horred, or if you live outside Horred, you must be able to drive your own car to work. A driver's license and your own car are important if you do not live in Horred, as public transportation is limited to Horred.

The start date for the position is from March 1st, and you will be able to shadow another personal assistant before you start.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in similar work, and personal suitability is most important. You are positive, attentive, and structured. The work as a personal assistant requires initiative and that you enjoy working independently and are prepared to perform tasks typical for the profession.

It is important that you have very good knowledge of the Swedish language. If you have delegation training in Marks Municipality, it is a plus.

We are looking for both women and men, but if you are a guy, it is especially good because we like to mix the group of assistants with more guys. Of course, you as a woman are also welcome to apply.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis – first with the operations manager through a digital video meeting. After that, you will meet the user and the group leader.
