Summary of the position:

We are looking for you who want to work in an environment where customer service meets craftsmanship. As a store assistant, you will be our face to the outside world and help customers with their requests regarding dry cleaning, repairs, and alterations of clothing.

We are looking for you who:

• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is humble, energetic, quick to learn, and has a positive energy
• Can handle stress and meet customers in a professional manner
• Has an understanding of how to measure clothing for alterations and can provide advice on repairs or adjustments
• Can communicate in a correct and clear "tailor's language" with customers

Work tasks:

• Receive customers and listen to their needs regarding dry cleaning, alterations, and repairs
• Provide advice and recommendations on the best solutions for the customer's garments
• Measure, note, and convey alteration requests accurately
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere with good service and professional treatment
