Temporary Substitute, Personal Assistant, Evening Shifts in Horred

We are looking for evening and weekend temporary substitutes as personal assistants for a user

The user is a 33-year-old woman in Horred who has assistants around the clock. We specifically need to strengthen our substitute pool with temporary substitutes who can step in on short notice for evening shifts from 3:30 PM to 10:15 PM. You step in when regular assistants become ill. But you can also be scheduled if you wish. You should also be able to step in for weekend shifts. Weekend shifts are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, or from 3:30 PM to 10:15 PM

"I am looking for someone who is cheerful, positive, and takes initiative. You are physically and mentally strong and can handle stressful situations. I use a wheelchair and have seizures. I need help and support in daily life. You should want to go for walks, cook meals, and find activities that add a golden touch to my everyday life."

You work in a team together with other assistants who all provide important support to create a good quality of life. On each work shift, there are two of you with the user.

We are looking for someone who is flexible and positive as a person. It is beneficial if you have a driver's license and your own car, as public transportation to the user is limited. Male applicants are encouraged as many in the staff group are already women. But of course, we also welcome female applicants.

It is best if you live in Horred or Skene, Kinna, or nearby towns. You need to be able to get to work even when the bus is not running

The start date for the position is immediately, and you will get to shadow a shift together with another personal assistant before you start.

We are primarily looking for someone with previous experience in similar work, but personal suitability is most important. You are positive, attentive, and structured. The work as a personal assistant requires initiative and that you are prepared to perform tasks customary for the profession.

It is important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis – first with the operations manager through a digital video meeting or phone meeting. Afterwards, you meet the user and the team leader.
