We Are Looking For

We are looking for a trained leisure-time educator or childcare worker who wants to become part of our school. The position is a temporary replacement for parental leave. It is a full-time position, but minor adjustments to the scope can be discussed.

Your role will partly be part of the daily after-school activities but also be responsible for the after-school activities.

It is a broad role where you are a resource in the classroom, are with the students during leisure time, but also responsible for the activities.

Since it is a parental leave replacement, it is a longer-term temporary position, and as we have positive growth and high ambitions, you should enjoy influencing, improving, and seeing new possibilities together with your colleagues.

Your Qualifications

We place great importance on personal qualities and would like you to share our values. You need to have great commitment and patience, love children, and be willing to give of yourself to them. You should:

· have solid experience with after-school activities

· have good collaboration skills

· enjoy and have the ability to create good relationships with students and adults

· love making a difference for our students, giving them a good foundation, and always protecting their potential and integrity.

· speak good Swedish

· have great inner drive and be conscientious.
