About the role

As an inside sales representative, you will primarily:

• Contact new customers by phone and sell service assignments for our suppliers' technicians – mainly concerning heat pumps.
• Be the first point of contact with the customer and ensure they receive a professional and smooth service offer.
• Work in a structured manner with clear goals and receive ongoing support from your coach and your team.

We are looking for you who:

• Are communicative, service-oriented, and confident in talking on the phone.
• Have inner drive and enjoy achieving set goals.
• Want to develop within customer service and sales.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Location and working hours:

You will work on-site with us in our modern office premises in central Gothenburg – close to transportation, lunch spots, and services.

Working hours are weekdays, Monday to Friday from 07:00–16:00.

The position is full-time and involves social, energetic office work together with a team that supports and cheers each other on every day. We hire continuously.
