Summer Job in Home Care Day Shift

We are now looking for you who want to work a summer job during the day!

We are one of the oldest private home care companies in Nacka. We have a collective agreement through Kommunal. We can offer you a summer substitute position with secure conditions. If you want to work extra before and after your summer substitute position, there are great opportunities. We offer internal training and are certified with a Star Mark. You should enjoy working with elderly people and supporting them in their daily lives. The assistance can range from preparing meals to helping with personal hygiene. Everything you do yourself in your daily life. You should be attentive, responsible, and have great empathy for our customers. You need to have social skills and the desire to always provide good treatment and build good relationships. Perfect for you who want to try working in home care or just gain experience in care and nursing. If you are studying your final year and become a trained assistant nurse by the summer, there are good opportunities for a permanent position after the summer if it works well.

Requirements: Swedish in speech and writing.

Meritorious: Trained assistant nurse or care assistant. Ongoing studies in care and nursing. Your personality is most important.

Requirements: You must be born in 2008 or later. You must not have been convicted of any crime. A check from the criminal record is always conducted.

Meritorious: Class B driver's license and extra plus if you have your own car to use for work. Mileage allowance is paid. Can accept a moped license if you can use your own moped/moped car for work.

This position is a summer substitute position. You must be able to work at least 1 period, but preferably the entire summer. This is to limit the number of substitutes our customers meet during the summer. They are used to always having the same staff. Indicate in your application which period(s) you can work in the summer.

The work is scheduled with fixed schedules so you always know when you work Daytime approximately 07:15-15:00 depending on which substitute position, the time may be shorter. You will work every other weekend.

The positions are divided into 3 periods. Indicate in your application which period you are applying for or if you are applying for a longer time, list all the weeks you want to work.

Period 1 June week 23-26

Period 2 July week 27-30

Period 3 August week 31-34

We will first schedule an introduction the week before so you go with a staff member who shows all routines, how to find your way, and most importantly how your customers wish for their help, and you get to know them. This is so your customers and you feel secure before you start on your own.
