Care Staff for LSS Residence

Lansen Omsorg AB consists of several group homes with a focus on LSS. Our residents belong to target group 1, often in combination with mental health issues, substance abuse, acting-out behavior, and social difficulties.

We support our residents in their daily lives, based on their individual needs and wishes. Job duties include supporting, motivating, and developing the individual's own abilities, all to enable the resident to live as independently as possible.

Experience with the target group is meritorious.

We are looking for staff for part-time, full-time, and temporary positions. We apply probationary employment.

A driver's license is required. Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is required.
